Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Michelle Buchanan Health, every appointment is carefully planned to ensure you receive safe, personalised and professional care.
Appointments can be booked online, via the contact form or by WhatsApp. All new clients are required to complete a consultation before treatment to ensure treatments are appropriate, safe and tailored to individual needs.
Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Any deposit requirements will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Consultation Appointments
Consultations provide an opportunity to discuss your concerns, treatment goals and medical history in a relaxed, professional environment.
Treatment recommendations will always be based on clinical judgement, patient safety and your individual needs.
A consultation does not guarantee treatment, and Michelle Buchanan Health reserves the right to decline treatment where it is not considered appropriate or safe.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate appointment changes where possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours Notice
No cancellation fee will apply.
Any deposit paid may be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Deposits may be forfeited.
A cancellation charge may apply at the discretion of Michelle Buchanan Health.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice may lose any deposit paid and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate delays, arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other clients.
In some circumstances, a late arrival may be treated as a missed appointment.
Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results cannot be guaranteed and treatment fees are generally non-refundable once a treatment has been performed.
If you have concerns following treatment, please contact Michelle Buchanan Health as soon as possible so that appropriate advice and support can be provided.
Changes or Cancellation by Michelle Buchanan Health
In the unlikely event that an appointment needs to be rescheduled by Michelle Buchanan Health, clients will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment.
Any deposits paid will be transferred to the rearranged appointment.
